  • For Incoming First Year College Students:
    • Form 138 – A (High School Report Card)
    • Certificate of Good Moral Character
    • Police Clearance/Barangay Clearance
    • Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate
    • Two copies of recent 2×2 ID picture
    • Placement Test Result from SPUP Guidance Center
    For Transferees
    • Transcript of Records from previous school (for evaluation)
    • Honorable Dismissal
    • Certificate of Good Moral Character from previous school
    • Result of Interview from the concerned receiving Dean
    • Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate
    • Psychological / Physical Fitness Certification (as the case maybe)
    For Scholars and Married Students (Additional Requirements)
    • Certificate of eligibility / Grant for students enjoying private and government extended education benefits.
    • Marriage contract administered in the Church for married students

St. Paul University Philippines is located in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, Philippines. Founded in 1907 by the Sisters of St. Paul of Chartres, it became the first University in the Cagayan Valley Region in 1982. It offers basic, tertiary, professional and graduate education.
